Dear All,
   Love the recipe..
   For fun, I ran a nutritional analysis on it, and it is very healthy.  I
added 1 tablspoon of dulse seaweed for added calcium and iron, and a little
parsley.  Otherwise, as below.  I made it for 6 servings.
   It's really healthy!  Serve with slices of red pepper or a red pepper
puree sauce for the vitamin C, and a greens salad or juice for the calcium,
and you've got it made for the day. Thanks.
