I'm also in NJ. A good source for very high quality, raw goat cheese from
85-90% pasture-fed goats is Mt Capra in Chehalis, WA. You can order by phone
at 800-574-1961. I may have also found a mail-order source for eggs from
TRULY free-roaming chickens whose diet is greens, not grains. I'll keep you
posted on that.

BTW, where in NJ are you - I'm in the Red Bank area.
