Bodhi,

I saw that one of your salad dressing ingredients was "namah shoyu",
(which translates as "raw soy sauce" in Japanese). Is this really raw
soy sauce? I've never heard of it. If so, where can I find it? At a health
food store? I've just started going all raw full-time (three weeks now
and going strong). It would be great if I could find raw soy sauce
without added salt. It would be even greater if they had it in Japan (I'm
moving there in a few months). Can you get it mail-order?

Thanks.

Shawn Luca
