Yeah, there is more than nutrition in disease, but it always somehow
seems
a cop out for Nicole's death to be attributed to "other causes" and
not
seen as a huge counter-example to instincto claims of superhealth.
Pretty
much in the same legue as Herberts Shelton's death and many years of
ill-health washed under as "overwork". Oh well...
