OK but I'm not afraid of salt, just as I am no longer afraid of
fat--if
glucagyn
is elevated rather than insulin, the kidneys eliminate all water and
salt.
if insulin
is elevated, the salt holds water--the "walking waterbed effect."
Salt is
the thing
I craved most as a fruitarian and perhaps this is why I'm in balance
now
(finally):
dairy and also salt balances all that fruit
