At noon Sunday, November 15, Aajonus will be giving a free 45 minute
lecture followed by 3-4 hour workshop ($35) in La Jolla just north of San
Diego. The workshop will include a mini-consultation and a quick analysis
of each participants glandular system. After the workshop from 5:30 - 8:00
pm there will be a RAF potluck in El Cajon just east of San Diego.  The
cost is $2 if you bring a dish and $10 if you do not.  To make sure that
there will be enough quantity and variety of food it is necessary to make a
reservation and to "register" any dish that you might bring along.

certain if I am going myself but for anybody new to RAF this is a great
opportunity as the food is absolutely delicious at these events.
