Tom:
This sounds like an automatic sprouter. The Ann Wigmore Institute used to
sell these, and it is possible that they still do. The Hippocrates store
probably sells them - worth checking into. An outfit called Perfect
Health might sell them also. Cost? - that I don't remember. There are
a number of brands/models available.
