Paul queried:
[ Is it correct to stress the body a little through exercise, or better
to [ just allow diet, while obviously getting enough movement for
circulation,
[ take care of things? Then when one eventually (hopefully) feels really
good
[ and strong basically from diet they can step up exercise at that point if
[ one wishes. Any thoughts or experiences?

Hi Paul - you seem to be in a recovery phase and so probably a
conservative approach may be the better mode at this time. I agree
that until my body has restored its capacity to recover completely
from more intense exercises, I would rest, rest, rest or maybe do
some light rebounding or static yoga to help get the lymph flowing.
Nothing wrong with a walk in the forest either.

But there's no sense in stressing the body when it's not ready to
benefit from vigorous exercise. This would be counterproductive and
only retard your rebuilding process.
