The more I study about nutrition the more confused I get.
I should take your advice to heart.

My only regret is that I'm confined to this artifical
environment in Silicon Valley which forces me to compensate
with analyses and experimentation.

Maybe I'll solve the problem by moving to Pangaia when Zephyr
gets a cable modem :-)
