Gerry,

Hmmmmm. Yes, one can see, as you've reminded yet again, that you're
enlightened and broadened and especially, humbled, because you've
travelled.

Did you, uh, by any chance, um, have, maybe uh ANY IDEA
WHATSOEVER about the travels of anyone else on the list? JL has at
LEAST been to the US (he lives in France) but - well - I guess that's
not enough countries for you. Kirt's at LEAST been to Europe and Asia
and a coupla states in the U.S., but evidently you've been to more
continents, and of course continents matters when it comes to
enlightened and humbled. Jo's at least been all around Asia, and the
US, but yeah now that I think on it I can see that that's also not
_quite_ enlightening and broadening enough. Stefan just returned to
Germany from Cologne, but, dernit I forgot, that's only one continent
- gotta have those continents before you get humbled, like you. Lynton
lives in New Zealand I think - but of course they speak English there
so that doesn't count as broadening. I've been at LEAST to Asia, the
mid-East, and South America, oh yeah but not Thailand - I think
Thailand would have to be necessary to qualify for all THREE of the
qualities of humbled, enlightened, and broadened. Daggone it, yeah, I
guess you're right, now that I think about it, no one seems to be in
your league. Oh well. What a bunch of narrow, unwordly types on this
list, now that you've actually brought it to my attention.

Oh yeah, and about that book learning thing you mentioned. Take a look
at the archives (or are you too computer illiterate to figure that
out, too, along with how to unsubscribe?) and see if you notice
anything about actual _experiential_ (that's a big word, I know it, it
means "learning through experience") experimenting of any of your
favorite vociferous verbally abusive listmembers with your own
favorite diet -- the raw-vegan diet -- as well as with plenty of
other diets. (By the way, where have you gotten YOUR information? Did
you personally record live the text you just quoted from T. Colin
Campbell, or did it come from some (aauugh!! heaven help us!!)
buh-buh-b-b-book?)

Love Liza
