from what i can see olives almonds and greens have collectivelly brought to
you some fatty acids and proteins that were most likelly deficient in your
frutarian diet .
i have the intuition that the abscence of concentrated protein in the fruit
diet could lead to a very low chlorodric acid secretion in the stomack and
from what i read hcl is needed for b12 absorbtion .
