That's the idea. I spent my life trying to detox and in the process tried
to destroy myself and others. I didn't literally try to destroy others
but in my mind I did. It's mostly unconscious. Wrong neurons detoxing I
call it. There's no moral issue here, it's all physiological. With the
right kind of therapy I learned to send my anger in the right direction
and as a result get the toxins out of the neurons that were clogged up
because of repressed emotions. Memory is stored as characteristics, so
it's easy to be angry at the wrong person who may be similar in character
to the original abuser. I doubt if O.J. wanted to kill his wife, if in
fact he did, but rather someone who probably abused him as a child.
