I've seen Cassia mentioned several times in connection with treating
detox symptoms. I'm not familiar with Cassia. I did a search and found
herbs related to cinnamon and senna called Cassia. Could someone point
me to information about Cassia, particularly kinds and dosages. I'm
very much interested in anything that can relieve some of the symptoms
without impeding the cleansing.
