My gripe with NFL came when I read the first chapter of the book. By
the time I got to the end of it, I wondered where they had done their
research ... Disneyland?

While I fully buy into the idea of a raw (and/or mostly raw) diet, their
conclusions and theories are wayyyy off base. The one that really
rankled me (and there were many) was the oft-repeated statement that
wild animals living in the wild eating raw food don't get sick. HUH?????
Many years ago I wanted to a wildlife veterinarian. Why? BECAUSE WILD
ANIMALS GET SICK!!! After reading that bit of claptrap in NFL, anything
else they had to say was taken with a decided grain of salt. Their
arrogance hasn't helped their credibility - at least with me - one whit.

Irene
