Hi Helio,
Thank you for the recipe! Is the meat put in a food processor first?

>200g of slightly tainted meat
>1/2 onion slightly chopped
>1 sp PARSLEY slightly chopped
>1 sp of olive oil
>1 egg yolk(goes on top)
>salt&peppa
>Just mix all the ingredients, and put the yolk on top of the mix.
