Also, anything reading "dextrin," I believe, means it's a refined sugar.

 Being a hypoglycemic, that would explain why, when I follow George Malkmus'
advice to take Aim Barley Green dry, and on an empty stomach, the insulin
dumps in sending an erroneous message to my brain that I am ravenously hungry,
and it doesn't go away until I appease it. It's a "Catch 22" situation.
