Before coke and refined sugar and flour mills people often ate three
or
four courses of cooked meat at every meal. they were healthier. it
was
only after they started to add refined starch and sugar that
hyperinsulinism
became common--and that meant craving for sugar and starch (carbos)
and food
addiction. If you stick to protein and fat, craving goes away as
insulin
is held down. the minute the diet is broadened to include
startchy-sugary
stuff the matrix has changed. and then over the last twenty years
fat-phobia has set in--not phobia of obesity but of DIATARY FAT,
leading
to minimized protein meals (which usually contain fat if from animal)
leading automatically to increased carbo consumption-called-"healthy
low-fat dieting" and elevated insulin. They had to eat something--the
minimization of protein/fat meant the increase of
carbo-insulin-elevation
and the whole food addiction and obesity trip.
