Hi Gary and others,
Thanks for your reaction. Actually yes, I want to give the diet a
chance for
2 months or so. I've read a lot of reviews on the web, both
criticizing and
enthousiastic ones about ER4YT. I am not a nutritionist or a
scientist, so
it's hard for me to judge without diving into the scientific
references.

Other people have also warned me not to neglect my intuition. I'll see
how
far I get. I think it's best to take things slowly.

Now that organic meat is widely available, the arguments not to eat
meat
have become just a little bit less. Eating fresh fish is more of a
problem,
because it's almost impossible or extremely expensive (5 US$ for a
piece of
3.5 oz) to get organic fish here. How's that in the States?

I tasted a bit (3 oz) of grounded raw beef meat today after preparing
myself
mentally for it. It wasn't as yucky as I thought it would be. I don't
think
I'll ever be a full-fledged meat eater as you call it, but I take the
numerous positive accounts I've read on the web quite seriously. I've
talked
it through with my doctor and he is not explicitly against it or in
favor of
it. He says a doctor should always see the patient and look at the
complaints, and not just subscribe a diet. In general he respects my
choices.
My condition is one of amalgam intoxication, candida albicans
infection,
tiredness, memory problems etc. I'm being treated for these ailments
with
quite a few food supplements and homeopathic medicins.

My sugar cravings, diarrhea, flatulence and indigestion have
disappeared all
of a sudden after taking a few measures:
a. I quite the alfalfa - based chlorophyll (necessary for detoxication
from
amalgam removal)
b. I cut back the Vitamin C from 8 grams to 3 grams per day
c. I took an anti-diarrhea medicin
d. I stopped eating wheat.
e. I reduced the amount of carbohydrates considerably

I am now slowly introducing the chlorophyll back again, to see if my
intestines can sustain it.
I also plan to start some physical exercise the next couple of days,
see if
I can stick with it.

Does this answer your questions?

Thanks for your concern, I sincerely appreciate it.
