No, it did not go on the list.

Bob Avery, Ric Lambart, Rene Beresford & the three authors of the
infamous book "Nature's First Law" (NFL) are those most often referred
to as ZV's.

NFL, Bob A. and Rene B. were suspended until they would give some kind
of indication that they were willing to recognize and abide by the
guidelines for the list. Name-calling and an ongoing refusal to be held
accountable for the content - or lack thereof - of their messages were
the main reasons for their suspensions. Ward was suspended for a month
because of a prank (the death of Bob A.) he staged with another member
who is no longer with us. Most of us were fooled and actually believed
for a day or so that Bob was dead. Ward never returned to the list
because he needed a break from on-line activity and because he burnt
out on discussing issues pertaining to raw foods. He is now quite
active on the two Paleo lists.

Ward is the best I agree. Because of the format Bob's shortcomings are
not quite as obvious in the NH M2M but nevertheless, as you well know I
find his level of integrity to be unacceptably low there as well -
especially now as he is the coordinator - which is one of the reasons I
am no longer part of the NH M2M.
