Help - people who have done a lot of reading, please suggest good books.
I am giving a lecture on Thursday, and a big part of my talk is natural
foods for better health. I have several on my reading list already, but
nothing that specifically introduces the novice to raw and/or living
foods. Any suggestions should be readily available, easy for the
average American to relate to and not radical in approach. Examples of
books that I like and already recommended to clients include Fit for
Life, Juicing for Life, and Eat right 4 your type.
