thanks for the feedback on NH. I will add a remark on the ANHS allowing
use of some cooked food, to the text.  NH is confusing at times, as one
will find a wide range of diets under the label of NH, as well as the
fact that hygienists often argue about what is "real" NH.

My writeup might be a little confusing, but that is because NH can be
confusing at times.
