thanks for the above. Interesting stuff, and I believe I have read it
before. It seems to say that we require the preformed long chain
fatty
acids, but admits that we can create them inside our body,
hypothesizing
that it can not be done efficiently enough.
1. This is not very strong relationship and nowhere proven.
2. There are many things that may have contributed to increased
relative
brain size, and brain size is not directly related to brain
effectiveness.
I'm sure this has been discussed here before.
We all believe what we want to believe, giving stronger weight to that
which
we already agree with, and less weight to that which does not match
our
current belief system. It has to be real strong evidence to cause a
paradigm shift, I think. This is not real strong evidence above.
