Sure, many of us are interested in eating more "naturally", but
consider that besides cooking or eating dairy,

1. importing fruits from several different continents, or eating
   fruits native to different continents;

2. mixing, combining several foods in a meal, adding spices or
dressings;

3. juicing, blending, dehydrating;

4. eating deep sea fish;

5. eating heavily selected/hybridized fruits and grains

are not natural either. And that in today's world, it is almost
impossible to suppress all "unnatural" foods and have a balanced diet,
so a compromise has to be found: get adequate nutrition from foods
that are as natural as possible, i.e. try not to break too many
"rules". Diets of primitive populations studied by W. Price were not
"perfect", but were enough to maintain robust health.
