Severen did write in his book that he went instincto (for some
unspecified period), and that the first few days "cured" him of his
smoking.

While we are on the subject of well-known instinctos with clay feet,
what really happened to Nicole Burger?
>From reading Guy-Claude's book, it is implied that she was a hard-core
instincto.  No mention of how she died. Rumor has it that Guy-Claude
claims she died because of "insufficient protein in her diet".

On an unrelated subject, from reading Rene's recent e-mail on mono-meals it
almost appears that he is discovering instinctive eating on his own!

Personally, after years of veganism (except for the occasional pizza habit I
could never kick), I don't think I could ever eat raw meat. Raw egg tastes
delicious though. Perhaps I can thrive as an instincto.
