I buy my own raw tuna each Saturday and eat it while still fresh. You can
buy other fish raw. I buy from the greenmarket as it is $9.95/lb, instead
of the $13.50/lb at the fish monger. I would not buy fish from a
supermarket. Ama ebi (raw prawn) should be in the markets any day now. Its
season will last until March. It can be frozen.
