when i was reading all that extensive polemic between jo and kirt, i thought
that some guys are even more talkative than women :-(

jo tried to be objective and to the point, and his original message
reflected it. kirt, on the other hand, still has some painful strings
regarding nfl etc. (past and presence), in my opinion, and jo's friendly and
objective attitude touched them. so kirt tried to pull jo into wasteless and
long conversation. however, jo realized that in time and managed to respond
to kirt, briefly and firmly, with all his nobility and common sense of a
man.

i don't think that jo is so much in favor of nfl guys. however, with all his
common sense he possesses an agnostic point of view without denying the
merits of nfl or blindly believing in their nonexistent altruistic motives
of business.

i think in one of the previous messages jo revealed the contents of his
plate, and there were some steamed/cooked veggies there. no one in this list
will deny that it is generally much healthier to eat a higher pecentage of
raw, unprocessed foods, and there is nothing wrong in jo's attempt to eat
raw veggies and fruits. it will do only good to him. i hope that you, liza,
don't discourage your patients to eat sufficient servings of raw fruits and
vegetables on a regular basis.

to your health,
tatiana
