Dear Andre:
You might want to try paying attention to how you are combining foods
at
your meals. Here is a general food combining diet.

Only eat fruit by itself on an empty stomach. Wait at least 1/2 hour
before eating other types of food.

Combine protein, fats and veggies.

Avoid high starch veggies like corn, avacado, carrots.

Combine starch and veggies with no fat added.

Wait at least 3 hours after a protein, fat, veggies meal to have a
starch and veggie meal - and vice versa.

If the food combinations are part of your problem, this may help you.
