Actually, there were several abstracts about lectins, but I don't wanna
pick nits, and mostly ratty nits at that ;) Most of the references were
about disease, and much fewer about nutrients or allergies...

"Reduced"? You are a clever spinmeister at times ;)

Hear hear! On the other hand, science hasn't had much but nonsense to say
about what will work for me ;)

More than hookworm. Cholera and others I can't remember. I'm not sure a RAF
eater is risking their _all_ much. The problem seems to be when folks think
everything is a detox and eshew medical treatment in the face of
deterioration. Indeed, this may be the best time in history to eat RAF
since any parasites can be (mostly) dealt with through medication if need
be.

That's what did the Martians in I hear: too much idle time on their hands
and not enough fur. ;) Whether blood type has any thing to say about diet
may be an open issue. Besides, the a priori's one uses to triage the
nonsense from the sense are probably more important than refutation, eh?
