Hi Mary,

>>I can keep off it for a day or two but then fall off the wagon.

If you get into trying really good teas, your interest in coffee will
dissipate. I drink Jasmine tea. It smells like a garden. Now a garden
smells better than coffee, doesn't it?
Health food stores have a lot of good teas and there are a lot of good
herbs that are good in teas. I have camomile flowers today that make a
great tasting tea. You will wonder why you didn't dust off that teapot
earlier!
I've got so much energy from eating only real raw food, that I don't
need caffeine.
You can also buy some loose orange pekoe tea or something like that with
caffeine in it to wean yourself. Earl Grey is ok too.
Commit yourself to teatotaling!

All the best,
Susan
