In 1992 when I had an amoeba from China three labs asked for a stool
sample in a cup which I delivered to the lab. Dr. Cahil in NYC, a
specialist in tropical medicine, very very expensive, takes the specimen
himself and puts it directly on a slide. I've been eating fruits from
Chinatown and if I have an amoeba I suspect it might be from there. I'm
hoping the increased BM was from cassia, which I've stopped, but the
slight warm feeling each day and ringing in the ears are the same as I
had in 1992. I know the effects of an amoeba can alternate from diarrhea
to constipation, but if I'm off the cassia, the slight diarrhea should
return periodically if I have an amoeba. I'm eating some lemon AM to keep
acid. Any other advice is welcome.

Yesterday I ate a delicious Coleman lamb chop and thought about this
whole RAF issue. I ate some live lemon ants in the rainforest of Equador
and enjoyed them. I was also the only person there who didn't get a
misquito bite because I had smothered myself with 'Skin So Soft.' After
what happened to Burger I feel very grateful. I admire Zephyr for getting
back on the horse (organically fed I assume), and I admire Deborah
equally for her caution. Maybe it was harder to watch than experience. I
don't know what I would do in either case. What bothers me is that a gift
of knowledge so beatiful and healing for so many could have been given to
Burger without a means to use it. It's almost anti-spiritual to believe
that something that could save mankind from suffering is not workable.
Some have died, or nearly died, and I could be next (not from an amoeba
though). Yet what are the risks of SAD, or Fruitarianism or NH,....
cancer, heart disease, and on and on.. I have a friend my age (I'm 69 by
the way next week, a triple Taurus and very stubborn), who was NH for
over 25 years, much of the time on all raw, veggies, fruit, nuts, etc.
and she now has a breast tumor that has metastasized. She doesn't want to
try RAF and is taking the advice of Bernarr and a friend of his. I don't
wan't that advice, it already got me in trouble. I don't hold anyone
responsible for bad advice, but I do think it's O.K. to ask them to think
about it when it doesn't work. I don't know what my friend's future will
be, but I know my health has improved dramatically since RAF, and I'm off
to buy some more lamb chops with increased caution in my shopping. I'm
grateful for your advice and also for a place to share my feelings
whether fear or anger or whatever. If I stuff them I will clog up the
neurons of my limbic system and the nearby neurons for smell and taste,
and I'll never know if my body needs those lamb chops or not.

Question: What cuts of meat would be farthest away from the intestinal
tract?

My best, Ellie
