I need to clarify something in a previous post I made. (I could not do it
Friday as I thought I had reached my limit of 5 posts per day).

Tom:
>If you eat only after having eliminated the preceding meal, then you will
>probably eat only 1 or 2 meals per day, depending on how fast food goes
>through your system. This might also put you on a schedule of in effect, a
>breakfast and a lunch but no dinner. Two meals a day is ample for most,
>as most of us overeat anyways. However as your digestive fire is strongest
>at mid-day (at least that is what Ayurveda says), it would probably be
>better if your two meals per day were lunch and one other meal.

Tom:
The above should read "This might put you on a schedule of, in effect, a
breakfast and a DINNER but no LUNCH." The point being that such a schedule
misses the time of day/opportunity to eat around noon, when your digestive
fire is strongest. Sorry for any confusion in the original post.

Regards,
Tom Billings
