Bruno's comment :

Denis, I don't feel I've "taken" these ideas from anybody. In case you
hadn't noticed, ideas are free to circulate. Humans have always been
eating insects throughout history. The only novelty is to reintroduce
the concept in a modern society which has derived far away from nature
and from insects. You perfectly know that, contrary to another
instinctive author, I cite my real sources and give credit and
consideration to my sources of inspiration and to those who worked on
the subject before me. Anyone can refer to the bibliography of
"Delicieux insectes" or my other books and check by himself.

Sincerely yours. With best regards.

Bruno.
