The numbers just sort of "blend in" to the following format.

Go to http://www.microsoft.com
On the Tool bar on that site, click on "Search".
In "1. Enter your search word(s) or phrase:",
Enter the number you had. " Q185320 "
In "2. Select your search criteria:",
select "Exact Phrase"
In "3. Choose your search category:",
select "Support & the Knowledge Base
Hit the "Search Now" button.
In this case, there is only one, so the choice is easy.
