Along with the problem I have with my computer not wanting to stay connected
(and it still doesn't if I try to stay on-line more than say an hour or so),
now it doesn't want to load any new software.

I keep getting error messages...sorry, I should have written them down, but
it will not load any new software...just says "an error has occurred" and
that's the end of it.  Recently I purchased a digital camera and tried to
load the software in order to process my photos.  The computer wouldn't
accept that software, but I thought that perhaps it was because I didn't
have the camera hooked up to the computer.  Now I tried to load some other
new software and no luck.  Any suggestions?  Holy water?  I am thanking all
in advance as I am a computer illerate person.
