At the very least, you can change the desktop settings to a larger font
for your menu system.
Click START -- SETTINGS -- CONTROL PANEL -- DISPLAY -- APPEARANCE tab.
Now in the middle section (ITEM) select MENU, then in the bottom section
(FONT) increase the point size.
Windows also has some special enhancements for vision impaired users.
There are several on your Wijndows CD, but I suggest you visit
http://support.microsoft.com and search for even more features. As an
example, I remember seeing an article about an MS "freebie" that turns the
mouse pointer into a magnifying glass that will "blow up" whatever is
under/near the pointer.
