Hey, you make a lot of sense to me and I appreciate the idea. I did what
you suggested. I recommended to my customer to disable the WXP FW for a
week, then disable it and swap it with ZA'a FW. Let's see what happens.
But you're right in your solution. The guy seemed to be very proud to be a
part of the solving team! Yes, I gave him that responsibility and he's
tickled to death! So far I have not received any annoying call from him
(phewww!) I believe your idea is working.
