Hello All

Just a couple of questions on Macros in Office 97 please:

1. I have several macros that took me ages to format. I would like to back
them up just in case I have any problems with my PC in the future. Problem
is I can not find the files that make up the macros. Could someone please
point me in the right direction?

2. I would also like to add short cut buttons to the macros from the tool
bar. Again the solution has eluded me. Please help?
