Dear Sir:
 I came across information telling me where I can download an upgrade, for Media Player, that would enable me to copy the songs in my playlist so that I can print them. My computer crashed and I've lost all the information. Can you help? I've looked everywhere on Microsoft's site, but can find nothing.
 I'd appreciate any help.
