I use a smpt server for my outgoing mail.
I use a pop3 server for my incoming mail.
(Different from this Juno account.)
When their server is down, and someone
mails a message to me, what happens to
it?  Do they know it was not "received"?
Or does it "bounce" for a while and get returned?
