Hi Dorothy,
I think I'm getting the picture ;)
It is possible that BT has tightened the filters on their servers.
I ran into that a while ago sending emails with a lot of hyperlinks
and also with GIFs.
They either didn't go or they were rejected. The same happened to a
friend of mine.
You didn't say, but judging by the size, were they GIFs that were
attached?
Sometimes FWDs with mal-formed old headers will cause that too.
You could do a test and open both accounts at the same time.
(2 instances of your browser).
Having them side-by-side ,you can compare your settings for each
and see if there's a difference.
Both should be the same tho - either classic or new style.
In my case, as well as my friend's , several emails and phone calls to
the ISP made them aware of the problem and it was my impression
that they did adjust the detection mechanism.
In any case the problem disappeared.
