After I restart my W2K Terminal Server people can log in with no problems. After a while (length of time varies) login slow down with the message "Applying your personal settings" remaining on the screen for a long time. Eventually (after 1-2 minutes) login completes. If I restart the server then all is well for a while. What is wrong and how can I fix it?
