Thanks to all that responded; update.

The user called me frantically today because she could not add
automatically. Not my problem really, I take it this is due to the files
being cleaned.

I visited one of the links that was sent to me on LAROUX and it says
it's harmless, this is good for them I guess. My question now is, can
this virus be held responsible for errors while printing Excel files? I
don't know the exact error (it's Korean Win95) but from what little help
I get I think it's a virtual memory error.

Can this LAROUX be given credit for this?
