  If there is one place to get an answer to this question, it is here

Scroll down to "Stop WIN95 From Randomly Searching the Floppy Drive". I've
seen this question asked frequently on this list and I've never seen a post
that this info did not solve the problem.
  As a note, I would have my boot sequence as a: then c:. Comments from the
list?
