Hi Elliott,

Reinstall McAfee then uninstall it from "Add or Remove Programs" in Control
Panel. That should remove everything. If, during the uninstall, you get a
window asking you if you want to remove a "shared" file, say "No" or "No to
all".

        I am running WIN 98. Recently I removed McAfee but did it by
deleting all
the  files in the McAfee folder instead of using the Control Panel. That
was a big mistake I now know!! What can I do now to remove the remnants of
McAfee from my  computer?
