I use Win 98 and Netscape 4.5.  When I exit Netscape, a Compressing
Folders window appears on the desktop.  I must wait 10-15 seconds for
the procedure to complete itself before I can shut down my system.  What
is the fix for eliminating this window from appearing?  Thanks.
