Be sure "Folder Options" is set to "Web Style" and that on the "View" tab
be sure "Remember each folder's view settings" and "Show file attributes in
Detail View" is checked.  Then, in Windows Explorer go to the folder you
want to preview a file, right click  the folder icon (if using a
right-handed mouse), select "Properties" and check "Enable thumbnail view"
        This should work.
