All professional service companies should keep a record of all e-mails sent
or received for as long as it is either prudent to do so legally required.
(see recent court case in USA)
So......if you have the original wap files on your storage medium, you can
arrange your Sent or Deleted messages over date, time and heading and find
the message in question.
If you find the original and there is no notification from your System
Administrator shortly afterwards that the message COULD NOT be delivered,
then it WAS delivered to the e-mail address entered on the e-mail form.
I don't believe you can reliably identify the precise computer unless you're
lucky, but that is no different from trying to identify a precise post box,
nor is it relevant whether the carrier was Pony Express or the US Mail.
