Just grab the title bar and drag it back to the top of the dialog box.

97) menu has
                become a floating toolbar I can seem to return to its
former position at
                the top of the page.  The menu doesn't have a handle
that I can move.
                I'd appreciate any ideas how to get me back to the
status quo.
