PCAnywhere is a "remote control" program that allows you to access a
computer remotely. It has nothing to do with web based e-mail. That you
should be able to do from any Internet connection.
If you are indeed looking for "remote control", you may be interested to
know that Windows XP has that built-in in the form of "Remote Desktop" or
known otherwise as "Terminal Server."
