Hi Harsha,
The iso file is as explained, the exact mirror image of its copy.
To burn an iso image, you must first create the iso file or image on your
hdd, or use a CDR program that can do so "on the fly" or while you are
selecting to copy the disc or directory files.

This is what AMD 950 is saying, and also to extract the files means to open
them and use them or copy them to your hdd.

You can also use some of the same software to create an ISO file that will
be saved on your hdd and can then be dragged and burned on cd.

If you just try to use the above software, you will begin to see what he is
talking about.
